Miranda Lambert, istri Blake Shelton, membawa pulang tiga piala termasuk Female Vocalist of the Year dan Vocal Event of the Year untuk duetnya bersama Keith Urban. Sementara Tim Mc Graw membawa pulang satu piala untuk Video of the Year untuk lagu Highway Don't Care dengan Taylor Swift dan Keith Urban.
